We went to Nishiki Market, Sanjusangendo, Yasaka Shrine, and the Gion area! Nishiki Market was crowded, but since it’s all about the closest food to our daily lives, conversation flowed easily! I recommend Sanjusangendo near Shichijo Station it’s less busy, but it was pretty hard due to the crowded buses passing through Kiyomizu Temple🤔
For meals, we visited a nearby restaurant called “Menrui Matsuyama” that serves rice bowls and noodles!! It was so nicebecause everyone can eat what they want ✨ It was fun to talk about each culture,watching high school baseball on TV, like how there’s no club activities or high school baseball culture in the UK, where soccer ⚽️ is mainstream.
錦市場、三十三間堂、八坂神社、祇園界隈をガイドしました‼︎ 錦市場は人が多いですが、1番生活に身近な食についてだったので話が弾みました！
七条駅に近い三十三間堂は人が少なくてオススメですが、清水寺を通るので、バスが混んでいて大変でした🤔
ご飯は近くの「麺類松山」という丼物・麺類屋さんを訪れました！！それぞれが食べたいものを食べられる点はオススメです✨高校野球をテレビでやっていて、サッカー⚽️が主流なイギリスには、部活文化や高校野球文化はないね。などと、文化の話もできて楽しかったです！
